Currently, I design end-to-end products and services for federal agencies using Human Centered Design methods and iterative design processes. I conduct user research, craft and facilitate design workshops, and lead designers and clients through co-creating thoughtful and delightful experiences. Some public service projects include creating patient and provider centric experiences within organ transplant, modernizing education benefits for Veterans and their families, reimagining the middle school experience in Knoxville, TN, and designing student loan simulation tools for borrowers nationwide.
Designed digital services and campaigns for a wide variety of clients, including Johnson & Johnson, Pepsi Co, Jet.com, Samsung, Toys R’ Us, and ACUVUE®. Projects included spearheading organic and paid social media campaigns, covering and activating brand events, executing Cannes Grand Prix winning brand products and campaigns an SXSW winning corporate equity websites, and creating packaging illustrations for bubly.
Collaborated in the development of the Abbe’s new core exhibit, People of the First Light. Designed the exhibit’s logo and style guide. Created detailed plans for specific interactives in the exhibit, including the design of a 44 ft focal point mural.
Produced branding identity proposals for a variety of businesses. Designed UI for web-app start up Tambi. Created assets and branding for the Kickstarted webseries The Fabricant Way.
Designed Admissions Office email campaigns, postcards, welcoming materials and infographics for prospective students. Assisted in the creation and running of the Official College of the Atlantic Tumblr blog Meet Me at the Whale Skull and edited media for the COA Wordpress news site.
Designed posters and invitations for community events and organizations. Collaborated closely with couples to create personal, high end wedding invitations and calligraphy.
